Hi Everyone! This weekend is Easter and Passover. Perfect times for making memories if you celebrate and are able to safely.
I LOVE taking photos around the holidays and often end up making books and video of just the holiday. We have Easter books, Halloween books, Christmas books etc. I find it so much easier to make these short books than a long year book – even though those are extremely important too.
So my advice is to capture some memories this weekend and turn them into something you can enjoy – like a photobook or a video. The books don’t have to be long – 20 pages often is the cut off for special deals so a holiday is PERFECT for that.
Or make a short video in Canva (my favourite and what I teach you to use in my Family Visual History class) or several other programs.
You will feel so accomplished!
And for inspiration, here is our family Easter video from 2020 when we were in lockdown. Excuse the state of our apartment – we were in lockdown after all
I have made them for the last several years and it is so fun to compare year to year. It’s NEVER too late to start.
Have a great weekend, make some memories, document them and create something you can enjoy.
